Shipping Policy
1. Shipping Coverage
We deliver across India and aim to reach the most serviceable pin codes. If you are unsure about your location, you can contact us before placing your order.
International shipping may be available on request, depending on the order.
2. Order Processing
Once your order is confirmed, it is processed within 1–3 working days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next working day.
You will receive a confirmation once your order is ready for dispatch.
3. Delivery Timeline
After dispatch, delivery usually takes 3–7 working days, depending on your location. Metro cities may receive orders faster, while remote areas may take slightly longer.
We always try to deliver as quickly as possible.
4. Shipping Charges
We offer free shipping on prepaid orders across India. If Cash on Delivery is available, any additional charges will be clearly shown at checkout, which is Rs. 99/-. The remaining balance is payable upon delivery. In case of a return, the refund will be processed as per our return policy, excluding the Rs. 99/- prepaid amount, which is non-refundable.
There are no hidden charges.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via SMS, WhatsApp or email. This allows you to check the status and expected delivery date anytime.

6. Delivery Guidelines
When your order arrives, please check the package carefully before accepting it. If the package looks damaged or tampered, you should either refuse delivery or record a full unboxing video.
This helps us resolve any issues quickly and fairly.
7. Possible Delays
Sometimes delays may happen due to weather conditions, logistics issues, or high order volumes. While these are beyond our control, we will keep you informed whenever possible.
