1. Return & Exchange Time

You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. Requests made after this period may not be accepted.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, a complete unboxing video is required within 24 hours. The video must clearly show the sealed package, the opening process, and the condition of the product.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition. All tags and packaging should be intact.

6. Exchange Process (Size Issues)

If you need a size exchange, you can request it within the return window. Exchanges are allowed once per order and depend on product availability.

We will arrange a pickup and send the replacement after receiving the original item.

 


 

7. Return Process

To return a product, first raise a request with our support team. Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup from your location if available.

After receiving the product, we will inspect it before proceeding further.

 


 

8. Refund Process

Refunds are initiated only after the returned product passes our quality check. This ensures that the product meets all return conditions.

9. Refund Method

For prepaid orders, the refund will be sent to the original payment method. For Cash on Delivery orders, the refund will be processed via bank transfer or a payment link.
